These heat shrink (shrink) splice protectors are used as hermetic protection of the fusion weld. When the splice is made, the Splice protector is slid over the welded part of the fiberglass cable and placed in the oven. In this, the splice protector melts, giving optimal and hermetic protection to the welded part. These shrinks fit into the ANT splice holder, this ensures that 24 splices fit into the same splice holder. This is double the capacity. This MMK-30 has a shrink time of 3 seconds and can also be ordered in other lengths.
