Shipping and returns

Shipping
Maunt products are always shipped from our own warehouse. If the products are in stock: ordered before 3 p.m., delivered first next business day. Are the products you want to order out of stock? Then read on the product page within which period you can expect your order.
Maunt offers several shipping options. You can have your order delivered by FedEx or you can pick up your order for free at our location in Made. FedEx shipping is free for orders over $100. If you place an order with a value under €100, you pay €9.95 in shipping costs.
Return
Unless otherwise stipulated, return shipments will only be accepted after prior written agreement by Maunt, provided that the return is carriage paid. In all cases, the return shipment must be sent in the original, unopened packaging with, if applicable, unbroken seal(s).
