Maintaining financial control and building a strong administration
As a Junior Financial Controller, you will work in a pleasant and energetic working environment with a flat organizational structure, where independence and initiative are valued and you can make a real impact. You will work closely with the Finance Manager and the Finance Executive and will be given plenty of opportunity to develop yourself further. This role is suitable for both starters and professionals with several years of relevant work experience in a financial position. You will be responsible for the correct and timely processing of purchase invoices, preparing sales invoices, taking care of VAT returns, and processing the bank administration. In addition, you will be jointly responsible for the general ledger and month-end closings. You will also have a monitoring role in ensuring compliance with contractual agreements and internal guidelines. Of course, you will be guided and supported in this by an experienced colleague.
Tasks

Processing purchase and sales invoices, and accounts payable and accounts receivable management

Processing bank transactions

Preparation of journal entries and balance sheet specifications

Other registrations for the benefit of authorities and compliance with laws and regulations

Managing contracts in the contract register
Job Requirements

A completed higher professional education (HBO) degree in Finance & Control or Accountancy

You have approximately 0 to 3 years of work experience.
