Building sustainable customer relationships commercially
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and expanding your own customer portfolio in the Netherlands. You will build lasting relationships with existing customers and actively identify and exploit new market opportunities. With your commercial drive, you will achieve growth and contribute to further strengthening Maunt's position in the Dutch market. You will interact with customers at a strategic level and advise them on solutions that truly add value. In doing so, you will work closely with teams such as inside sales, technical consultancy, service, and logistics, so that we always deliver the right solution and every customer experiences Maunt's "A Great Experience." In this role, you will be the commercial and relational face of Maunt in the market.

Tasks

  • Managing and expanding your own customer portfolio

  • Developing new commercial opportunities and actively expanding the customer base

  • Prepare monthly sales and forecast reports

  • Preparing quotations and negotiating prices and contracts

  • Achieving revenue and margin targets (including upselling and cross-selling)

  • Monitoring customer satisfaction and identifying market and customer developments

Job Requirements

  • A completed higher professional education (preferably in a commercial or technical field)

  • At least 3 years of demonstrable experience in B2B sales

  • A strong commercial and entrepreneurial mindset (you see opportunities and know how to turn them into results)

  • Affinity with technical products and solutions

  • Excellent skills in sales and relationship management

  • Strong communication and negotiation skills

  • Good command of Dutch and English (you will also be in contact with manufacturers from all over the world)

  • And, you feel comfortable in a results-oriented work environment where hard work and fun go hand in hand.
