The Cable Stripper, US15-7000, 10-60 mm, Ripley Miller, is a specialized tool designed to enable a wide range of cuts for cables with diameters between 10 and 60 mm. With its hardened steel blade, the US15-7000 offers fast, safe and accurate removal of both hard and soft insulated cable sheaths without damaging the underlying layers. Safety comes first, which is why the blade features a safe recessed design to prevent possible injury and damage to the blade. This versatile tool is compatible with large telecom cables and large fiber optic ducts. It also has the ability to easily adjust the position of the blade, this allows you to perform ring, spiral and longitudinal cuts with precision. The blade depth knob can be adjusted in 0.002 inch (0.05 mm) increments to a depth of 0.177 inch (4.5 mm), and features both a convenient inch and metric scale for guaranteed precision on every cut. In addition, the US15-7000's reinforced diameter adjustable jaw provides precise stability between the blade and sheath. A moving threaded bar allows you to easily adjust the jaw to the diameter of the cable.
