Anritsu's MT1000A is a compact, battery-powered, easy-to-use OTDR. This device provides everything needed to install and maintain communications networks in a rugged, portable package. The lightweight device simplifies the daunting task of collecting and interpreting data with a user-friendly GUI and clear summaries, allowing users of any skill level to work with it. The multifunction tester can be configured with a range of transport test functions and OTDR modules, giving you the tools you need at the time. In addition, the device can be expanded with future technologies, all of which can be installed on-site. This variant is a quad OTDR, which means it is suitable for singlemode 1310/1550 and multimode 850/1300 nanometer Wavelengths.
