Fiberglass Recoater, FSR-117, Fujikura
Designed for effortless automation, the Fujikura Optical Fiber Recoater (FSR-117) supports various sizes of quartz molds. It enables the recoating of both colored and uncolored fibers. The FSR-117 has easily interchangeable molds, resin bottles and pump pass assemblies. An innovative bubble removal system has been implemented to eliminate air bubbles even before they reach the mold cavity. This ensures impeccable coating quality. In addition, a programmable resin injection system ensures accurate dosing of resin to the mold cavity, resulting in consistent and reliable recoat performance. The FSR-117 is equipped with a test mechanism capable of performing tests within a force range of 10 kgf.
