Cleaver CT-111, Fujikura

The Fujikura CT-111 is designed to cleave silica glass fibers with a coating diameter of 80 to 250 µm. What sets the CT-111 apart from the CT-110 is its angle cleave function. The automated cleave tension function allows it to tension the fiber and meet your optimization needs. With a new blade mechanism, the CT-111 automatically adjusts the cleave height, helping to maintain good blade quality and consistent cleave quality. In addition, the CT-111 features an RFID tag attached to the fiber holder. This RFID tag allows the CT-111 to communicate with the included PC software to select the appropriate cleaving program.
