This heat-shrink tubing is used to insulate cables and protect them from external influences. The heat-shrink tubing insulates the cables when the product is heated. As the tubing shrinks, it insulates the cables. This occurs at temperatures of approximately 125 degrees Celsius or higher. In addition to providing insulation, the heat-shrink tubing is also fire-retardant.
