Corning’s ECAM D18 is a double cable sealing module designed for mid-span applications in BPEO splice closures. This version is suitable for cables with a diameter of 15 to 18 mm. The plug-and-seal design with a rubber O-ring provides an immediate watertight seal without the need for tools or heat. The mechanical locking mechanism keeps the cable firmly in place and prevents movement under tension. Ideal for fast and reliable installations in FTTH and distribution networks.
