Customer-oriented, technical advisor

As a Technical Consultant at Maunt, you will be the link between our Business Management team, Inside Sales and our customers. You are responsible for designing technical solutions, developing and improving our products, and providing technical support during the execution of projects. In addition, you provide training and workshops to inform both colleagues and customers about the latest developments. With your technical expertise and customer-oriented attitude, you will contribute to Maunt's success and help our customers achieve their goals. This position offers the ideal mix between commerce and technology.

Tasks

Bearing product responsibility (developing new products and explaining them here)
Provide technical advice (including at project sites)
Creating technical designs of networks and data structures
Giving technical training and workshops

Job Requirements

You function well in a team
You are customer-oriented
You are a hard worker and stress resistant
You have at least a completed college education (technical direction preferred)
You have a strong technical background (preferably towards electrical engineering, electronics)
You have at least 5 years of experience in a similar position
You have a winner's mentality
