MB02, 6.0mm, Ripley Miller
Ripley Miller's multipurpose precision cutter is ideal for stripping DAC cables 5 to 6 mm in diameter. The easy-to-attach inlays allow you to adjust the tool with instant precision. This set comes complete with Ripley Miller's FTS pipe stripper, so you'll always be perfectly equipped for any job.
Stripper, 1.5 - 6.0mm, Knipex
These stripping pliers from Knipex have a new type of stripping mechanism. These pliers enable problem-free stripping of insulation materials which are difficult to work with, e.g. Teflon®, silicone, Radox®, Kapton®, rubber and multilayer insulation. There is no damage to the wire thanks to the precisely ground blades. Even thin braided wire is stripped without damage. The stripper has length stop which ensures equal stripping lengths in serial work. The pliers contain 4 interchangeable blades, have a flexible mechanism, compact design and are lightweight. In addition, the pliers have a high operating comfort thanks to the convenient construction shape. The pliers are 195mm long.
Draka pliers, 6.0mm, Ripley Miller
This handy cable cutting kit from Ripley Miller is specifically designed to strip 6.0mm draka cables. It comes complete with housing and replacement blades. The double blades of the draka pliers easily cut through the sheath (lengthwise) and provide an accurate depth of cut. Can also be applied when making a window cut. These pliers are also called cable slitter.
Tube stripper, 0 - 3.2mm, Ideal
The IDEAL tube stripper is a commonly used stripper that should not be missing from a fiber optic technician's suitcase. The stripper is made of a sturdy but lightweight material.
